Hi, I’m Stuart!

I’m a fully qualified automatic driving instructor based in Aberdeen, specialising in helping nervous learners build confidence and feel in control behind the wheel.

I’m proud to have consistent 5-star reviews from my pupils, some of which can be seen below and many others available on Google Business Reviews. I’ve also been nominated by my students for Instructor of the Year, achieving Top 100 status nationwide for the past five years – a distinction among more than 34,000 UK instructors.

My passion for road safety began at 18 after I was involved in a very serious road accident as a back-seat passenger. From that moment, I made a promise that one day I would help make roads safer. Although it took until I was 46 to change career, I stayed true to that commitment.

I teach to an exceptionally high standard because I believe passing a test is only the beginning. Every lesson is calm, supportive, and tailored to you, using clear, step-by-step explanations, simple language, and a non-judgemental approach where mistakes are treated as part of learning.

Driving Assessments

Motorway tuition after passing your driving test — focused on gaining confidence and skills on faster roads.

Motorway Driving

Covering parallel and bay parking techniques to improve skills and confidence when parking.

Parking Refresher

1 to 1 theory study sessions to help you pass your theory test sooner and get you on the roads.

Theory Study

42 hours of tuition provided over 6 weeks. Perfect if you need to pass quickly but can’t commit to lessons every day.

Semi-Intensive*

The same 42 hours as a semi intensive course but done over 6 days instead of 6 weeks if passing your test ASAP is needed.

Intensive*

*Semi-Intensive and Intensive bookings can only be made if you have already passed your theory test and have a test date booked. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to be paid at the time of booking with the balance payable 4 weeks from the first lesson date.
